An Unparalleled Leadership Opportunity

In a rapidly evolving global landscape, the need for leaders who can navigate complex internationalisation challenges with a culturally-informed and impactful approach is paramount.

The Leadership SLP is a transformative experience designed for senior managers in higher education (NQF Level 7 or equivalent) who are ready to move beyond traditional, Northern-centric models. This programme offers a unique blend of strategic insights and practical skills, with a distinctive focus on perspectives from the Global South, now strengthened by the collective expertise of two leading South African universities.

Over one intensive week, you will join a select cohort of 30 senior leaders to master the frameworks, strategies, and ethical practices required to drive a successful, sustainable, and authentically Africa-centered internationalisation agenda at your institution.

This non-credit bearing SLP is designed for experienced higher education professionals at senior management level (NQF Level 7 or NQF Level 6 with significant RPL), looking to elevate their leadership in the internationalisation space. The maximum number of participants is 30.
